Abstract

Perangkat berbasis teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) saat ini telah banyak dimanfaatkan sebagai salah satu upaya meningkatkan pelayanan Kesehatan. IoT dan integrasinya di bidang kesehatan diprediksi akan mendominasi tatanan dalam sistem kesehatan di masa depan. Persepsi dari perawat mengenai implikasi dari adopsi teknologi IoT pada sistem pelayanan kesehatan dapat digunakan untuk menggambarkan dampak dari perubahan yang diakibatkan oleh integrasi teknologi ke dalam pelayanan keperawatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi perawat tentang integrasi perangkat berbasis teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) dalam pelayanan Kesehatan. Kajian literatur dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan artikel yang dipublikasikan dalam 10 tahun terakhir dari beberapa database penyedia artikel yang kredibel yaitu ScienceDirect, PubMed, dan EBSCOhost. 10 artikel dipilih untuk penelitian. Artikel dianalisis menggunakan matriks sintesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas perawat memiliki sikap positif terhadap pengembangan teknologi dan melihatnya sebagai bagian penting dari profesi keperawatan di masa depan. Secara keseluruhan, perawat menilai bahwa integrasi teknologi IoT memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam membantu pekerjaan perawat dan meningkatkan efisiensi kerja. Perawat juga menilai bahwa adopsi teknologi IoT dalam pelayanan Kesehatan dapat meningkatkan keselamatan pasien (patient safety). Namun terdapat juga beberapa aspek negatif dari penggunaan teknologi dalam pelayanan Kesehatan.
