About the Journal

Jurnal Kepemimpinan dan Manajemen Keperawatan (JKMK) is a peer-reviewed and open-access scientific journal that publishes scholarly works in the fields of nursing leadership, nursing management, nursing service administration, and professional nursing practice. The journal serves as an academic platform for researchers, lecturers, nurse managers, clinical nurses, policymakers, and healthcare professionals to disseminate scientific evidence, innovations, and best practices that contribute to the improvement of nursing services and healthcare quality.

JKMK focuses on issues related to leadership and management in nursing, including nursing service management, nurse performance, nursing supervision, human resource management in nursing, quality improvement, patient safety, professional development, organizational culture, work environment, nursing care management, and evidence-based practice in healthcare settings.

The journal welcomes original research articles, literature reviews, systematic reviews, scoping reviews, case studies, and scholarly papers that provide meaningful contributions to nursing science, nursing management, and professional nursing practice. Manuscripts may use quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods, or review-based approaches, provided that they demonstrate clear relevance to nursing leadership and management.

JKMK is published by the Indonesian National Nurses Association (INNA) of Central Java. The journal is published regularly two times a year and applies an open-access policy to support the wider dissemination of scientific knowledge. All published articles are freely available to readers without subscription barriers.

The journal is accredited SINTA 3 and indexed in several scholarly databases, including SINTA, Garuda, DOAJ, Dimensions, Index Copernicus, and Google Scholar. Through this visibility, JKMK aims to strengthen the dissemination, accessibility, and impact of nursing leadership and management research at national and international levels.
