Determinan Persepsi Perawat Tentang Peran Case Manager

Case manager belum melakukan peran dengan optimal. Case manager seperti pelengkap standar akreditasi. Banyak faktor terlibat dalam timbulnya berbagai persepsi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi determinan persepsi perawat tentang peran case manager. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional ini melibatkan 296.876 perawat sebagai populasi. Metode sampling menggunakan multistage random sampling, didapatkan sampel sebanyak 399 perawat. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner persepsi tentang case manager, kuesioner pengetahuan tentang case manager dan kuesioner kepuasan kerja yang telah dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Â Kuesioner kelelahan kerja yang telah baku juga digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan nilai cronbach alpha (0,921). Setiap responden telah mengisi kuesioner terstruktur melalui google form dan telah dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif statistik, chi square-test dan binary logistic regression. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa sebagian besar atau sebanyak 205 (51%) perawat memiliki persepsi positif tentang peran case manager. Faktor pengetahuan dan kepuasan kerja dikaitkan dengan persepsi perawat tentang peran case manager (p=0,002 dan p=0,006). Faktor determinan persepsi tentang peran case manager pada perawat adalah pengetahuan (Adj. OR=2,36, 95% CI 1,30-4,26, p 0,005). Temuan ini mendukung teori yang mana pengetahuan dan kepuasan kerja terkait dengan persepsi tentang peran case manager.
