Archiving Policy

Jurnal Kepemimpinan dan Manajemen Keperawatan is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and availability of published scholarly content. The journal supports digital archiving to maintain permanent access to its published articles and to protect scholarly works from loss due to technical failure, website changes, or other disruptions.

The journal allows authors to archive their published articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, academic databases, research networking platforms, or other non-commercial repositories, provided that the original publication in the journal is properly cited.

Authors may deposit the published version of their articles after publication. The archived version should include complete bibliographic information, including the article title, author names, journal name, volume, issue, year, page numbers, DOI if available, and a link to the official article page on the journal website.

The journal also supports the use of digital preservation systems and indexing platforms to improve discoverability, accessibility, and long-term availability of published content.
