Open Access Policy
Open Access Policy
Immediate accessibility and reuse
01Principle of Open Access
JKMK publishes research on nursing leadership, nursing management, patient safety, and health-service improvement with immediate online access and without reader subscription charges. Open dissemination supports scientific dialogue, education, evidence-based practice, and the uptake of nursing management research.
02Reader Rights
Readers may read, download, copy, distribute, share, and link to the full text of published articles consistent with the licensing terms, provided appropriate credit is given and readers are directed to the official version of record.
03Creative Commons License
JKMK’s published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, as reflected in the journal’s copyright notice. This enables broad reuse, including adaptation, with attribution and an indication of changes.
04No Embargo on Published Content
Readers can access published articles without waiting for an access embargo imposed by the journal. This statement concerns access to the published article and does not override separate legal or ethical restrictions affecting supplementary data or third-party materials.
05Author Rights and Self-Archiving
Authors retain copyright and may share their scholarly work as described in the journal’s copyright terms. The published version should be cited accurately with the journal title, volume, issue, DOI, and official article link where available.
