Abstract

Studi literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik Covid-19 pada anak. Perawat sebagai researcher sudah semestinya mengetahui informasi terkini mengenai Covid-19 pada anak. Studi literatur ini menggunakan metode narrative review. Pencarian literatur dilakukan dengan menggunakan beberapa databases, yaitu CINAHL (via Ebscohost), Pub.Med, Proquest, Science Direct dan Search Engine yaitu Google Scholar. Kata kunci yang digunakan adalah Children” AND “Coronavirus Disease 2019” OR “Covid-19” AND “Characteristic”. Artikel yang digunakan dilakukan penilaian kritis. Lima artikel penelitian kuantitatif  ditelaah dalam studi literatur ini. Pada hasil studi literatur ini didapatkan bahwa penelitian terkait usia yang mempengaruhi kasus Covid-19 yang terjadi pada anak, alasan jumlah penyintas Covid-19 yang lebih banyak terjadi  pada anak laki-laki, faktor selain penyakit bawaan yang mungkin dapat membuat kasus kritis pada anak, gejala baru yang mungkin dialami anak serta kasus Covid-19 pada bayi yang dicurigai penularan vertical dari ibu dengan Covid-19 masih perlu diteliti lebih lanjut. Perlunya melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut akan sangat berguna bagi perawat untuk memberikan pelayanan keperawatan pada anak serta keluarga dengan tepat
