E -Log Book Untuk Penilaian Kinerja Kompetensi Perawat klinis

Penilaian kinerja dilakukan seefektif dan efisien untuk dapat mengarahkan perilaku perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan guna mendukung pelayanan Kesehatan yang optimal. Tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah melihat sejauhmana e log book kompetensi berpengaruh penilaian kinerja perawat klinis di RSUD KRT Setjonegoro Wonosobo. Desain pada penelitian ini adalah quasy eksperimen dengan pendekatan one group pre test post test desain. Hasil analisis uji t didapatkan p value <0,05 maka dikatakan ada pengaruh menggunakan e log book lebih efektif daripada menggunakan hard log book dalam kinerja kompetensi sesuai clinical appointment yang dipunyai. Hasil pada e log book efektif untuk penilaian kienrja kompetensi perawat karena menggambarkan keseluruhan proses pemberian asuhan keperawatan dalam pelayanan keperawatan.
