About the Journal

Jurnal Kepemimpinan dan Manajemen Keperawatan (e-ISSN 2621-5047) is published by the Central Java Regional Board of the Indonesian National Nurses Association (Persatuan Perawat Nasional Indonesia/PPNI). The journal is published biannually and has been indexed in international databases.

Jurnal Kepemimpinan dan Manajemen Keperawatan publishes scholarly articles in the fields of nursing leadership, nursing service management, and nursing care management.

The journal has been accredited by the National Journal Accreditation system (ARJUNA), administered by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, and is ranked at Level 3 (SINTA 3), as stated in the Accreditation Certificate.
