PEMENUHAN ACTIVITY DAILY LIVING (ADL) PADA ORANG DENGAN GANGGUAN JIWA: SCOPING REVIEW

Penderita gangguan jiwa sering mengalami masalah berkaitan dengan performa Activity Daily Living (ADL) akibat keterbatasannya. Hal ini diperkuat dengan adanya stigma sosial seperti mendapatkan perlakuan yang berbeda atau diasingkan oleh lingkungan sosialnya, sehingga berampak terhadap kurangnya aktivitas sehari-hari. Maka, penting untuk mengetahui upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam pemenuhan ADL bagi orang dengan gangguan jiwa (ODGJ) agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya. Tujuan dari studi literatur adalah untuk mengidentifikasi upaya pemenuhan ADL pada ODGJ. Studi ini menggunakan desain scoping review. 3 database yang digunakan yaitu EBSCO, PubMed, ProQuest, tahun 2012 - 2022. Artikel digunakan berbahasa inggris, full text, desain penelitian Qualitative study, RCT dan Quasi Experimental study fokus pada intervensi pemenuhan Activity Daily Living pada orang dengan gangguan jiwa. Penilaian kualitas artikel menggunakan Critical Appraisal Checklist tools Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI). Berdasarkan hasil pencarian kata kunci, didapatkan hasil 6 artikel yang memenuhi syarat. Artikel tersebut memuat berbagai macam upaya untuk pemenuhan Activity Daily Living (ADL) pada orang dengan gangguan jiwa yang dikelompokkan kedalam 3 kategori. Didapatkan 3 kategori upaya untuk meningkatkan pemenuhan ADL pada pasien dengan gangguan jiwa yaitu pemenuhan ADL berbasis latihan fisik, upaya meningkatkan kebutuhan dasar menggunakan life skill training, dan strategi koping dalam memenuhi kebutuhan ADL.
