Gambaran Tingkat Depresi pada Mahasiswa di Masa Pandemi: Narrative Review

Depresi ditandai dengan perasaan sedih dan cemas dan sangat lazim terjadi di kalangan mahasiswa. Di masa pandemi COVID-19, mahasiswa yang menjalani pembelajaran daring merasa bosan berada dirumah, tidak memahami materi perkuliahan secara optimal, dan merasa bingung dengan metode pembelajaran daring. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai tingkat depresi pada mahasiswa di masa pandemi. Penyusunan literature review dilakukan dengan pencarian artikel dengan topik Gambaran Tingkat Depresi pada Mahasiswa di Masa Pandemi pada database PubMed, EBSCO Cinahl, Sciencedirect dan Google Scholar. Kata kuncinya meliputi College Student, COVID-19, Depression, Depression levels. Kriteria inklusinya artikel tahun 2019-2021, berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris, artikel dengan full-text, original articles, dan artikel yang membahas tingkat depresi pada mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan banyak hal yang menimbulkan depresi pada mahasiswa, akan tetapi secara umum pandemi COVID-19 dan akibat yang terjadi karena pandemi COVID-19 seperti perkuliahan daring menjadi sistem pembelajaran baru yang rentan menimbulkan depresi pada mahasiswa. Kesimpulannya berdasarkan temuan penelitian yang menunjukkan tingginya kejadian depresi dan gangguan kecemasan pada mahasiswa selama masa pandemi COVID-19.
