Tingkat Kecemasan Perawat Di Ruang Isolasi Perawatan Pasien Positif Covid-19

Perawat adalah salah satu tenaga kesehatan yang memiliki risiko tinggi tertular virus Covid-19, terutama pada perawat yang memiliki kontak langsung dengan pasien positif Covid-19. Tingginya risiko penularan virus, beban kerja yang tinggi, ketakutan akan menularkan kepada anggota keluarga menjadi beberapa faktor penyebab kecemasan pada perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kecemasan perawat di ruang isolasi perawatan pasien positif Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk mengukur tingkat kecemasan dan data karakteristik perawat di ruang isolasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 70 perawat yang bekerja di ruang isolasi dengan teknik total sampling. Kuisioner Hamilton Rating Scale Anxiety (HARS-A) digunakan untuk mengambil data tingkat kecemasan perawat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perawat yang bekerja di ruang isolasi mengalami kecemasan dengan kategori ringan (32,9%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagian besar perawat di ruang isolasi perawatan pasien positif Covid-19 mengalami kecemasan ringan ecemasan pada perawat dapat diatasi dengan diadakannya program konseling atau monitoring kondisi mental perawat. Selain itu, diterapkannya sistem perekrutan perawat dengan kriteria paling sedikit beresiko untuk mengalami kecemasan dapat mengurangi permasalahan mental perawat di ruang isolasi Covid-19.
