Efek Dialectical Behavior Therapy bagi Pasien dengan Perilaku Kekerasan dan Resiko Bunuh Diri: Studi Literatur

Orang yang mengalami gangguan jiwa memiliki resiko lebih tinggi dalam percobaan melakukan bunuh diri karena klien lebih sering berperilaku impulsif dan agresif pada orang lain dan dirinya sendiri. DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) merupakan salah satu intervensi yang digunakan dalam membantu klien dengan permasalahan kejiwaan sehingga terhindar dari pola pikir dan kebiasaan negatif yang beresiko seperti self-harming, hingga percobaan bunuh diri. Tujuan dari studi literatur ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Dialectical Behavior Therapy bagi pasien dengan perilaku kekerasan dan resiko bunuh diri. Metode yang digunakan adalah melakukan tinjauan literatur dengan pencarian melalui database elektronik, EBSCO dan Pubmed, setelah sebelumnya merumuskan PICO. Kriteria inklusi yang digunakan adalah artikel tahun 2015-2020, berjenis Clinical Trial, Research Artic, Randomized Controlled Trial, dan diperoleh 6 artikel penelitian yang relevan. Hasil dari review yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) dapat digunakan sebagai intervensi untuk menangani pasien resiko bunuh diri dengan perilaku bunuh diri yang tinggi.
