Kehamilan adalah suatu proses fisiologi seorang wanita untuk meneruskan keturunan, Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat karakteristik ibu hamil dalam menjalani kehamilannya selama pandemic di aceh barat daya privinsi aceh, metode penelitian : adapun jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional desain. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 124 ibu hamil sebagai responden dengan metode pemilihan sampel snowball sampling. Analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji statistic menggunakan spss, hasil penelitian ini didapatkan domisili ibu hamil aceh barat daya sebesar 86,7%, adanya usia ibu hamil berusia 26 – 30 tahun sebesar 44,3%, tingkat pendidikan tinggi sebesar 47,8%, usia kehamilan mayoritas trimester 2 sebesar 41,6% dengan kunjungan kehamilan mayoritas 2 kali sebesar 40,7%, tingkat pengetahuan tinggi sebesar 70,9%, sikap positif sebesar 61,1% dan perilaku baik sebesar 61,9%. Direkomendasikan kepada tenaga pelayanan kesehatan agar dapat memfasilitasi pelayanan khusus ibu hamil dengan menggunakan media elektronik guna mempermudah kunjungan ibu hamil ke pelayanan kesehatan.
