PROFIL KARAKTERISTIK KEJADIAN IKUTAN PASCA IMUNISASI (KIPI) VAKSIN CORONA VIRUS JENIS SINOVAC PADA PERAWAT KLINISI : CROSS-SECTIONAL STUDY

Latar Belakang : Perawat memiliki peranan penting dalam merawat pasien yang terkena virus corona. Upaya dalam mencegah penularan adalah pemberian vaksinasi. Reaksi yang muncul setelah pemberian vaksinasi merupakan hal yang wajar. Kejadian Ikutan Pasca Imunisasi umumnya bersifat sementara. Tujuan : Mengetahui gambaran karakteristik Kejadian Ikutan Pasca Imunisasi vaksin covid-19 jenis moderna pada perawat di RS Santo Vincentius, Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. Metode : Penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode cross-sectional. Pelaksanaan penelitian secara online melalui aplikasi google-form oleh responden perawat di wilayah kerja masing-masing. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 50 perawat. Hasil : Penelitian didapatkan 80 % perawat yang mendapatkan vaksin jenis Sinovac mengalami KIPI. Gejala yang muncul didominasi pegal pada lengan kiri bekas suntikan sebanyak 80% dan demam sebanyak 70 %. Kesimpulan : Karakteristik munculnya KIPI pada perawat yang mendapatkan vaksinasi Corona virus jenis Sinovac pada penelitian ini didasarkan pada usia, jenis kelamin, riwayat penyakit, jumlah insiden KIPI, jenis gejala KIPI, dan lama gejala KIPI yang muncul. Perawat sudah memiliki pengetahuan dalam mengatasi KIPI yang muncul.
