INTERVENSI HOLISTIK SEBAGAI PSIKOEDUKASI PASIEN GINEKOLOGI POST OPERASI YANG MENJALANI KEMOTERAPI: LITERATURE REVIEW

Jumlah perempuan penyintas kanker reproduksi dan ginekologi yang melakukan kemoterapi semakin meningkat. Pasien ginekologi memiliki cara mengatasi keluhan terutama pasca pengobatan dengan unik dan mudah. Tujuan literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi intervensi keperawatan holistik yang berhubungan dengan aspek psikoedukasi pada pasien ginekologi post operasi yang menjalani kemoterapi. Artikel dari 5 database meliputi Google schoolar, Science Direct, Scopus, Pubmed dari tahun 2015-2025, usia 20-45 tahun dengan penyakit ginekologi post operasi serta menjalani kemoterapi. Penilaian resiko bias menggunakan Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI). Dari 240 artikel, terdapat 15 artikel yang ditinjau dalam literatur review ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat penyintas kanker reproduksi dan kanker atau gangguan ginekologi (ovarium, serviks, , dan payudara), serta keseluruhan menjalani kemoterapi. Keluhan yang ditimbulkan akibat pengobatan kemoterapi mengakibatkan tantangan dan dilema bagi pasien, dimana pasien dituntut harus mampu mengobtrol dna juga menerapkan intervensi yang tepat selain menggunakan terapi farmakologi. Intervensi holistik memasukkan unsur mind, body dan soul ke dalam setiap gerakan, tehnik, dan positive mind ke dalam diri pasien. Tenaga kesehatan saat ini harus mampu juga memberikan pendidikan kesehatan berbasis holistik komprehensif untuk mendukung semangat juang pasien penyintas kanker reproduksi dan ginekologi
