TINJAUAN LITERATUR : PENERAPAN KOMPRES DINGIN UNTUK MENGURANGI NYERI DAN HEMATOMA PADA PASIEN POST PERCUTANEOUS CORONARY INTERVENTION (PCI)
Abstrak
Penyakit jantung coroner merupakan penyempitan pembuluh darah karena arterosklerosis dan arterosklerotik. Intervensi noninvasive untuk membuka dan melebarkan pembuluh darah berupa Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI). Komplikasi mikrovaskuler sering dirasakan pasien setelah tindakan PCI yaitu nyeri dan hematoma. Salah satu tindakan untuk mengurangi nyeri adalah dengan pemberian kompres dingin. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan kompres dingin untuk mengurangi nyeri dan hematoma pada pasien post PCI. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review. Pencarian artikel di dapatkan dari PubMed, Science Direct, Wiley, ProQuest dan Springer Link dalam rentan waktu 2016-2021 dengan kata kunci“Percutaneous Coronary Intervention†or “ balloon angioplasty†or “Cardiac Catheterization†and “Application of cold†or “Ice bag†or “Ice pack†and “Pain†and “Hematomaâ€. Pencarian artikel disesuaikan dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi selanjutnya dilakukan review. Hasilnya terdapat 5 artikel yang masuk dalam analisa untuk dilakukan tinjauan literature. Artikel-artikel tersebut menjelaskan efektifitas pemberian kompres dingin pada pasien post PCI dengan cara efek fisiologisnya seperti vasokonstriksi pembuluh darah, memperlambat metabolisme jaringan, peningkatan viskositas darah, dan sebagai anestesi local. Simpulan studi bahwa kompres dingin terbukti efektif menurunkan nyeri dan hematoma pada pasien post PCI.
