PENGARUH ELECTRONIC TRIAGE DALAM PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN PERAWAT PADA PELAYANAN PASIEN DI INSTALASI GAWAT DARURAT : LITERATURE REVIEW

Abstract
Pendahuluan : Kemajuan teknologi telah memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap
semua aspek kehidupan, termasuk pelayanan kesehatan. Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD)
sebagai bagian dari fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan rumah sakit perlu menerapkan rekam
medis elektronik, salah satunya Electronic Triage (E-Triage). Tujuan : memberikan
gambaran pengaruh penggunaan E-Triage dengan keputusan perawat dalam pelayanan
pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat. Metode: Literature review dilakukan dengan
melakukan pencarian pada google scholar dan jurnal pada perpustakaan Universitas
Indonesia yang terbit 5 tahun terakhir. Pembahasan : Triase yang akurat dipengaruhi
oleh reliabilitas, validitas, keahlian dan keterampilan perawat dalam memberikan
keputusan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan teknologi yang mendukung proses triase seperti
E-Triage dan Decision Support System (DSS) yang terintegrasi dalam rekam medis
elektronik atau Electronic Health Record (EHR) di rumah sakit. Kesimpulan : Triase
pada pelayanan gawat darurat merupakan bagian tak terpisahkan yang memerlukan
kecepatan, ketepatan dan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi dalam pemberian keputusan.
Implikasi yang diharapkan adalah peningkatan kompetensi perawat dalam penggunaan
teknologi dalam pelaksanakan triase.

Introduction: Technological advances have had a significant impact on all aspects of life,
including health services. The Emergency Room (IGD) as part of the hospital health service
facility needs to implement electronic medical records, one of which is Electronic Triage
(E-Triage). Objective: to provide an overview of the influence of using E-Triage on nurses'
decisions in caring for patients in the Emergency Department. Method: Literature review
was carried out by searching on Google Scholar and journals in the University of Indonesia
library published in the last 5 years. Discussion: Accurate triage is influenced by reliability,
validity, expertise and skills of nurses in making decisions. Therefore, technology is needed
that supports the triage process, such as E-Triage and Decision Support Systems (DSS)
which are integrated in electronic medical records or Electronic Health Records (EHR) in
hospitals. Conclusion: Triage in emergency services is an inseparable part that requires
speed, precision and a high level of accuracy in making decisions. The expected implication
is an increase in nurses' competence in using technology in carrying out triage.
