IMPLEMENTASI TERAPI MUSIK KLASIK DAN KOMPRES HANGAT DENGAN AROMATERAPI LEMON PADA IBU POST SECTIO CAESARIA

Ibu dengan post section caesaria merasakan nyeri akibat sayatan jaringan saat operasi.
Terapi tambahan yang diberikan untuk mengurangi nyeri adalah terapi musik klasik dan
kompres hangat dengan aromaterapi lemon. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk
mengeksplorasi penerapan terapi yang diidentifikasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah
studi kasus atau laporan kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tindakan non
farmakologi musik klasik dan kompres hangat dengan aromaterapi lemon berada pada
tahap evaluasi setelah 48 jam intervensi, keluhan nyeri pasien menurun dari skala 4
menjadi 2 dengan tanda vital stabil, dan pasien tampak santai. Terapi musik klasik dan
kompres hangat dengan aromaterapi lemon dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan
relaksasi otot guna mengurangi nyeri dan menurunkan kecemasan. Terapi ini
direkomendasikan sebagai intervensi tambahan untuk mengurangi nyeri pada ibu post
section caesaria.

ABSTRACT
Mothers with post sectio caesaria feel pain due to tissue incisions during surgery.
Additional therapy given to reduce pain is classical musik therapy and warm compresses
with lemon aromatherapy. The purpose of article is to explore the application of the
identified therapy. The method used is a case study or case report. The results showed that
the non-pharmacological measures of classical musik and warm compresses with lemon
aromatherapy were in the evaluation stage after 48 hours of intervention, the patient's
pain complaints decreased from a scale of 4 to 2 with stable vital signs, and the patient
seemed relaxed. Classical musik therapy and warm compresses with lemon aromatherapy
can be used to increase muscle relaxation to reduce pain and reduce anxiety. This therapy
is recommended as an additional intervention to reduce pain in post sectio caesaria
mothers.
