LITERATURE REVIEW: PENGARUH SOCIAL SUPPORT TERHADAP KEPATUHAN MINUM OBAT ANTI TUBERKULOSIS PADA PASIEN TUBERKULOSIS (TBC) PARU

Abstrak
Penanggulangan TBC secara nasional menggunakan Obat Anti Tuberkulosis (OAT) yang
diberikan kepada penderita dalam jangka 6-8 bulan pengobatan. Keberhasilan program
pengobatan TBC sangat dipengaruhi oleh kepatuhan minum obat yang lengkap sampai
selesai. Tingginya angka kejadian TBC salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh ketidakpatuhan
dalam pengobatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh social
support terhadap kepatuhan minum obat anti tuberkulosis. Metode literature review
(LR) dimana data yang digunakan adalah database pencarian menggunakan MEDLINE
(PubMed), Google Scholar, Science Direct, dan Wiley. Laporan yang diterbitkan dari 2012-
2021 yang berfokus pada social support terhadap kepatuhan minum obat anti
tuberkulosis. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan analisis jurnal, terdapat implikasi
keperawatan yang dibandingkan dari 8 jurnal, ditemukan bahwa metode peningkatan
kepatuhan minum obat anti tuberkulsois dengan teknik social support berpengaruh
dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan minum obat anti tuberkulosis. Kesimpulan yaitu
metode social support terbukti berpengaruh dalam upaya peningkatan kepatuhan
minum obat tuberkulosis karena dalam minum obat tuberkulosis dibutuhkan waktu 6-
7 bulan secara continue. Peneliti menyarankan agar petugas kesehatan, keluarga dan
penderita bekerja sama dalam mewujudkan kepatuhan minum obat anti tuberkuloasis
dengan menggunakan metode Social Support.

Abstract
National TB control uses Anti Tuberculosis Drugs (OAT) given to patients within 6-8
months of treatment. The success of the TB treatment program is strongly influenced by
complete medication adherence to completion. The high incidence of TB is influenced by
non-adherence in treatment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social
support on adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis drugs. Literature review (LR) method
where the data used is a search database using MEDLINE (PubMed), Google Scholar,
Science Direct, and Wiley. A report published from 2012-2021 that focuses on social
support for adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis drugs. The results based on the analysis
of journals, there are nursing implications compared from 8 journals, it was found that the
method of increasing adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis drugs with social support
techniques had an effect on increasing adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis drugs. The
conclution of The social support method has been proven to have an effect in increasing
adherence to tuberculosis medication because it takes 6-7 months to take tuberculosis
medication continuously. Researchers suggest that health workers, families and patients
work together in realizing adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis drugs using the Social
Support method.
