Abstrak

Latar belakang: Kepatuhan pengobatan pada klien dengan gagal ginjal merupakan masalah penting untuk membantu klien itu sendiri, karena jika klien tidak mengikuti pengobatan hemodialisis, akan terjadi agregasi zat yang tidak aman dari metabolisme dalam darah yang membuat klien merasa menyiksa seluruh tubuh.

Tujuan penelitian: Mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga emosional dengan kepatuhan pasien gagal ginjal kronik dalam menjalani hemodialisa.

metode penelitian:  jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode cross sectional . populasi adalah seluruh pasien hemodialisadengan jumlah 46 responden . teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan total sampling.

Hasil penelitian: dengan tingkat signifikan 95% atau   nilai α 5% (0,05) di peroleh p value (0,000) < nilai α (0,05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan dari hasil tersebut H0 ditolak artinya ada Hubungan Dukungan Keluarga Emosional Dengan Kepatuhan Pasien Gagal Ginjal Kronik Dalam Menjalani Terapi Hemodialisa Di Rsud Karawang Tahun 2023.

Kesimpulan: Adanya hubungan dukungan keluarga emosional dengan kepatuhan pasien gagal ginjal kronik dalam menjalani terapi hemodialisa.
