Patients with hypertension in Indonesia every year continues to increase. Hypertension can be controlled by conducting regular health checks, consumption, drugs, activities, and a healthy lifestyle. In addition, there are complementary therapies that can be done, namely full-blooded back and natural sound music therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the
effect of full-bloodedness and music therapy on blood pressure in patients with hypertension in the Srondol Health Center area. The study was conducted from October 20 to November 26,
2021. The population in this study amounted to 45 with purposive sampling method. The statistical test used a paired T-Test to determine the effect of the intervention then the Turkey
HSD test to determine the most significant group on blood pressure. The results of this study, the mean systolic blood pressure in the pre-test combination group was 180.00 mmHg and the post-test was 162.33 mmHg, the mean systolic blood pressure in the pre-test back full-blooded group was 169.33mmHg and the post-test was 142.00mmHg. while the mean systolic blood pressure of the pre-test control was 167.33 mmHg, then the post-test was measured to be 144.67 mmHg. The p value of 0.000 was obtained, the average difference between before and after being given treatment in the combination group and also back acupressure therapy. The combination of full-blooded back can stimulate the acupoints on the back, and nature sound can give a feeling of relaxation and reduce stress.
