EFETIVITAS MEDIA AUDIO-VISUAL TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PENGETAHUAN DAN MOTIVASI IBU HAMIL UNTUK MENYUSUI

AbstrakASI eksklusif merupakan makanan yang ideal untuk bayi usia 0-6 bulan. Namun saat ini pemberian ASI eksklusifsecara global masih rendah. Hal ini disebabkan antara lain karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan motivasi ibu dalammeyusui ASI eksklusifTujuan: untuk mengetahui efektivitas media audio visual ASI Eksklusif terhadap pengetahuan dan motivasi ibuhamil dalam menyusui di Puskesmas Banda Raya.Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pra eksperimen dengan one group pretest posttest terhadap 60responden dipilih dengan menggunakan total sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dandianalisis dengan menggunakan uji tanda Wilcoxon.Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian media audio visual ASI eksklusif berpengaruh terhadappengetahuan (p=0,000) dan motivasi (p=0,000) pada responden.Kesimpulan: Diharapkan kepada petugas kesehatan agar lebih banyak mengadakan penyuluhan terkait menyusuiASI eksklusif kepada ibu hamil dengan menggunakan media audio visual agar ibu hamil lebih memilikikesadaran, pengetahuan, dan motivasi terkait menyusui.Kata kunci:ASI Eksklusif, Media Audio Visual, Pengetahuan Motivasi, MenyusuiAbstract Exclusive breastfeeding is the ideal food for babies aged 0-6 months. But currently, globally exclusivebreastfeeding is still low. This is due, among other things, to the lack of knowledge and motivation of mothers ingiving exclusive breastfeedingObjective: to find out the effectiveness of exclusive breastfeeding audio-visual media toward the knowledge andmotivation of pregnant women in breastfeeding in Banda Raya Community Health Center.Methods: The type of this research was pre-experimental study with one group pretest posttest to the 60respondents were chosen by using total sampling.
