Efektifitas Instrumen Dokumentasi Asuhan Keperawatan Pasien Hemodialisis Berbasis STARKES 2022

Dokumentasi keperawatan memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam pengambilan keputusan perawatan dan keamanan pasien yang mengandung nilai profesionalisme. Proses keperawatan merupakan pendekatan professional yang dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi, mendiagnosis dan mengatasi respon manusia terhadap kesehatan dan penyakit. Studi ini bertujuan untuk melakukan telaah secara sistematis untuk melakukan pengembangan instrument dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan pada pasien hemodialisis berbasis STARKES 2022. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan literatur review. Proses penyeleksian artikel dilakukan menggunakan PICOS. pencarian literatur melalui database dengan kriteria kualitas tinggi dan sedang, yaitu Scopus, ProQuest, Science Direct dan PubMed. Sebelum melanjutkan pada pencarian artikel atau jurnal harus menggunakan dan boolean operator. Hasil studi menunjukkan sebanyak 297 artikel ditemukan, berasal dari empat database: 198 Ebsco, 41 Science Direct dan 58 PubMed. Hasil pemilihan artikel sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi 15 artikel. Perlu adanya audit untuk mengevaluasi kelengkapan dokumentasi proses asuhan keperawatan sehingga akan meningkatkan mutu rumah sakit.References
