Sistem Penjadwalan Perawat Elektronik: Sebuah Tinjauan Literatur

Penjadwalan perawat elektronik mengacu pada penggunaan teknologi dan sistem perangkat lunak untuk mengotomatisasi dan menyederhanakan proses pembuatan dan pengelolaan jadwal perawat di lingkungan layanan kesehatan. Sistem penjadwalan perawat elektronik bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan keadilan dalam proses penjadwalan, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan perawatan pasien dan kepuasan staf. Mendapatkan gambaran tentang metode pengembangan sistem penjadwalan elektronik perawat melalui studi literatur. Berdasarkan telaah 10 literatur didapatkan bahwa tahapan pengembangan sistem penjadwalan elektronik meliputi mengidentifikasi kebutuhan atau batasan dalam pengaturan jadwal perawat. Kemudian dilakukan kajian literatur untuk mengetahui informasi ilmiah terkait permasalahan dan metode yang sudah teruji dalam penelitian. Tahap selanjutnya adalah pemilihan dan pengembangan model perhitungan yang akan digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan penjadwalan. Model perhitungan kemudian diimplementasikan menggunakan software optimasi. Program diujicoba dengan database NRP atau dengan studi kasus di fasilitas kesehatan yang sesuai. Hasil ujicoba dianalisis keefektifannya dalam menyelesaikan masalah penjadwalan perawat serta dinilai efektivitasnya terhadap kepuasan perawat, efisiensi biaya rumah sakit dan mutu pelayanan keperawatan.References
