Hubungan antara penggunaan Telemedicine dengan kepuasan pasien selama pandemic Covid19

Peningkatan besar dalam penyediaan telemedis, atau layanan klinis jarak jauh, selama beberapa bulan pertama pandemi Covid19. Telemedis telah terbukti mengurangi kebutuhan kunjungan langsung bagi pasien yang sedang dalam masa tindak lanjut atau yang mungkin memerlukan pengobatan tertunda. Penelitian bertujuan menghimpun informasi untuk mengetahui hubungan penggunaan telemedisin dengan kepuasan pasien selama pandemic covid19. Penelitian ini merupakan Systematic Literature Review dengan Meta-analisis. Dilakukan dengan mengambil artikel dari jurnal internasional melalui database electronic Pubmed dan Google Scholar dalam rentang waktu 2018-2023 kemudian dianalisis dengan software Openmee. Hasil analisis dilakukan pada 7 artikel jurnal terpilih menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan telemedisin memiliki hubungan dengan kepuasan pasien selama pandemic covid19 (p=<0,001). Dapat disimpulkan terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara penggunaan telemedisin memiliki hubungan dengan kepuasan pasien selama pandemic covid19. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan pentingnya pengembangan layanan telemedisin sebagai langkah pemberian pelayanan kesehatan jarak jauh dengan menjamin kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas sumber daya manusia.References
