INTERVENSI MANUAL BLADDER WASHOUT DALAM MENGATASI RETENSI BEKUAN DARAH PADA PASIEN POST TURP: A LITERATURE REVIEW

Benign Hyperplasia Prostate didefenisikan sebagai penyakit dengan disfungsi saluran kemih bagian bawah karena hiperplasia jinak prostat yang mengarah ke obstruksi saluran kemih bagian bawah. Trans Urethral Resection of The Prostate (TURP) merupakan salah satu tindakan pembedahan tertutup yang banyak dilakukan dengan komplikasi retensi bekuan darah. Manual bladder washout (MBW) adalah salah satu tindakan yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi retensi bekuan darah. Tinjauan literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi literatur yang mengeksplorasi intervensi MBW dalam mengatasi retensi bekuan darah pasien post TURP. Studi menggunakan desain literature review dan menggunakan database PubMed, ScienceDirect, ProQuest, Wiley, dan Google Schoolar. Kriteria inklusi dalam tinjauan ini adalah pasien post TURP, intervensi manual bladder washout, hasil publikasi tahun 2010 hingga 2019, full text, berbahasa Inggris. Sebanyak 588 artikel yang diidentifikasi, namun setelah menghapus artikel duplikat dan melihat kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, didapatkan 5 artikel yang sesuai untuk dimasukkan ke dalam tinjauan. Studi yang telah dianalisis menjelaskan MBW secara signifikan mengatasi retensi bekuan darah dan menjadi pilihan yang efektif dalam mengatasi retensi bekuan darah. Berdasarkan analisis terhadap hasil dari lima artikel, disimpulkan bahwa MBW memiliki efek dalam mengatasi retensi bekuan darah pada pasien. MBW dapat dilakukan dan menjanjikan sebagai intervensi yang aman dan efektif dalam mengatasi retensi bekuan darah.References
