PENGALAMAN PERAWAT MERAWAT PASIEN COVID-19 : TINJAUAN LITERATUR

Pendahuluan : COVID-19 menyebabkan perawat mengalami tekanan mental seperti ketakutan, kecemasan, dan kelemahan fisik saat merawat pasien COVID-19. Perawat yang berada digaris depan dalam memerangi penyakit COVID-19 dapat memberikan pengalaman berharga, namun pengalaman tersebut dapat dipengaruhi oleh tiap persepsi individu yang berbeda. Pembagian tugas dan tingkat pengalaman diantara anggota tim juga dapat berbeda. COVID-19 adalah penyakit baru, kemungkinan sistem medis dan budaya di berbagai negara berbeda-beda, sehingga kami ingin melihat pengalaman mereka selama merawat pasien COVID-19 melalui tinjauan literatur. Metode: pencarian literatur pada Pubmed menggunakan kata kunci “nursing experience” AND “COVID-19” AND “study phenomenology”. Kriteria inklusi antara lain full text, berbahasa Inggris, studi kualitatif, Tahun terbit 2020, teks penuh serta melaporkan pengalaman merawat COVID-19 yang dituangkan dalam tema. Peneliti mengekstrak data dengan melihat judul penelitian, metode yang digunakan, sampel serta hasil penelitian. Sebanyak 5 artikel dipilih kemudian dianalisis. Hasil: Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pengalaman perawat dalam merawat pasien COVID-19 berbeda-beda sesuai persepsi dan pengalaman masing-masing. Rasa Takut dan cemas akan terkontainasi hal yang paling banyak muncul diungkapkan. Disisi lain, menjadi perawat adalah sebuah tugas mulia mengembangkan profesionalisme perawat. Simpulan: Pengalaman merawat COVID-19 adalah pekerjaan mulia. Dukungan keluarga maupun pemerintah sangat penting mengatasi wabah ini. Vaksinasi COVID-19 harus gencar digiatkan.
