Abstract

The growth and development of children is a complex matter starting from changes in morphology, biochemistry and physiology, where this occurs from conception to maturity or adulthood. Growth and development are two different things, but they are interrelated and difficult to separate. The purpose of this study was to find out information on international journal publications through analysis and visualization of children's growth and development during the period 2017-2022. This type of research uses bibliometric analysis. The sequence in this research procedure is to use a search for journal data through Google Scholar using Harzing's Publish or Perish so that English-language international journals will be selected. The keywords used in this research are child growth and development. Extraction of search results using Vosviewer. A total of 49 articles were found in Google Scholar which was accessed on May 30, 2022. Meanwhile, the keywords children, growth, development and growth of children became the most talked about areas. Through VOSviewer we analyze how many articles are published about child development and their relationship to this topic. It is hoped that the results of this study will provide input for further research on child development.
